Remember the wisdom of our ancestors. Honor your own. Inspire the next
This page is your all-in-one guide. Please read carefully so you know what to bring, how to participate, and how to prepare for a safe, empowering weekend together.
October 3–5, 2025 • Klondike Park, Augusta, Missouri
Join us for a weekend of sisterhood, adventure, and magic. Together we’ll hike the trails, bike the Katy, play under the stars — and in between, we’ll ground ourselves in remembrance, celebrate our strength, and envision the legacy we are building for the next generation of women.
“I am because they were.” — African Proverb
🌙 Friday – Arrival & Grounding
Arrive between 3–6 PM to settle in. Cabin door codes will be texted to you shortly before 3 PM on Friday.
A community remembrance altar will already be prepared with a candle burning. Add a small token (stone, feather, flower) and write a note of gratitude to an ancestor who empowers you.
6:30 PM – Opening Circle & Potluck Dinner
8:00 PM – Burn It, Let It Go Ritual – Around the fire, we’ll gather in circle, set our intentions, and reflect on All Hallows’ Eve & women’s wisdom. We’ll release what no longer serves us and welcome in our intentions for the weekend.
9:00 PM – Lake Walk with Witches/Women – Each woman chooses a Witch Woman card (from history, folklore, or myth) or a Which Woman card (blank, to honor a woman who inspires her). She becomes your companion for the weekend. Carry her energy with you as we walk around the lake under the night sky, pausing along the way to share why she speaks to you.
“She remembered who she was and the game changed.” — Lalah Delia
🔥 Saturday – Adventure & Connection
Today our focus is honoring our own inner wisdom.
9:30 AM – Yoga with Mary – Gentle movement to hold the intention you set the night before.
10:00 AM-1:00 PM – Free Time – Journal, walk, rest, or enjoy a lighthearted tarot card reading for fun.
1:00-5:00 PM – Witches Bike Ride on the Katy Trail – A 10-mile round trip with lunch at Circle 6. Optional: embody your Witch or Which Woman by dressing in her spirit. Ride out in her energy, ride back in your own inner wisdom.
7:00 PM – Movie Night – Cozy blankets, snacks, popcorn, and a witchy/empowering film.
“Your crown has been bought and paid for. Put it on your head and wear it.” — Maya Angelou
🌟 Sunday – Inspire the Future & Closing
We inspire the next generation to trust their inner wisdom.
9:30-10:45 AM – Hike & Collective Storytelling – Hike and build a story together: “This is the story we leave for the next generation of women…” Each woman adds a line, weaving her word into the story.
12:00 PM – Departure
“Our stories will outlive us, guiding those who come after.” — Unknown
